1. How I can create a Dream@ account?
Go through the home page, you will find the login item in the top right, click on it and then click on a new registration icon. You only need to enter the required data and click on create an account.
2. What do you mean by Dream@ categories?
Dream@ has 9 categories for dreams, there are dreams related to undertaking a new adventure that falls under adventure category, and dreams related to visiting a new place to learn new culture, then it falls under the culture category or dreams related to attending fashion festivals that fall under health and beauty category, and so on.
3. Can I add new categories?
Yes, you can add new categories of your own other than dream@ categories, and they will be under the category of user categories if you allow them to be used by other users.
4. How can I create my dream list?
You can create your dream list from your Dream@ account, by clicking on the “Add a New Target” icon and choosing your dream from the lists, or by adding a new dream directly that is not in lists.
5. Can I search and share my dreams with my friends?
Of course, you can through the search field “Search in my dreams”. And when you update your dream you can share it through the social media accounts that available in your account. And you can vote on friend’s activities and goals.
6. Can I attach photos or videos when I create my goal?
Sure you can attach photos and videos for your dream. You will be asked to add the cover photo when add your new dream, and also after you have created it, you can add any pictures or videos you want.
7. How I can change my profile data such as profile picture, name, etc…?
Through your personal account in Dream@, enter the profile page then you will find an “Edit” icon, click on it and you will be able to edit all your data then click on “Save Changes”.
8. Can I make my account a private one?
Yes, you can make it a private or public account, from your profile page, click on the “Edit” icon, and then click on User Preferences and activate a special account item and then save the changes by clicking on the “Save Changes “icon.
9. How I can find new friends in Dream@?
From your profile, click on Friends List and then “Find Friends” Icon and type the name of the friend you are looking for.
10. How I can chat with my friends in Dream@?
From your profile, click on the “Messages” icon near to the notification bell, then choose “New Message” and enter the name of the friend you want to message then start messaging.
11. Can I interact and comment on my friends’ dreams?
Yes, you can by entering their profile and clicking on the name of the dream you want to interact with and adding your comment or sharing the dream on your profile.
12. Is there a limited number for my Friends in Dream@?
There is no limited number for friends you wish to add.
13. What do you mean by Top Dreamers?
They are the most active users of Dream@.
14. What are the rules for calculating the best users in Top users?
The best users are counted, based on their data completed, the number of activities they have carried out and the dreams they have achieved.
15. What do you mean by Discover list?
It is an icon in your personal profile, through it you can choose one of the dream@ categories and dreams listed under each category to add them to your goals and start achieving them.
16. Can I share any dream in Dream@ dream list to my dream list?
Yes, you can add any dream to your dream list by clicking on + icon that appear in dream itself.
17. How I can contact technical support for any questions?
Either through the Contact Us icon at the bottom in the “quick links” or if you want to inquire about any specific activity, you can click on the “lamp” icon that is located at the front of each activity you intend to inquire about.
18. Can I block specific friends or report any inconvenience?
Yes, you can do this by entering private massages that you have with this user and clicking on Settings then choosing block , or reporting inconvenience if you only intend to report.
19. What will happen to my data on Dream@?
Your data will not be used by any third party, and you can review our privacy policy to confirm this.
20. Is Dream@ a travel agency?
Dream@ is a social media platform that aims to encourage young dreamers to start new adventures and help them to create their dream list and work on to achieve it. So Dream@ is not an agency to coordinate adventure and travel trips.
21. Is Dream@ cooperates with reliable travel agencies to help me on my next trip?
Dream@ helps you with enough information about every dream you intend to do. This information includes prices, travel agencies that provide such trips, what you will need on your trip and other useful information for every dreamer.
22. Does Dream@ platform a free to use or not?
Yes it’s a free platform for all dreamers and Epic in Arab world and all over the world.
23. Does Dream@ platform support affiliate ads?
Yes, Dream@ supports affiliate ads in accordance with the Dream@ platform’s policy and in the interest of users.

It is a list of things you want to do in your life, and our role in Dream@ is to help you create this list and fulfill your dreams.
25. What do we mean by Dreamers?
It is a person who has his/her dream list and seeking to achieve his/her dreams.
