These Terms of Use govern your use of Dream@ and provide information about the dream@ Service, outlined below. When you create a Dream@ account or use Dream@, you agree to these terms.
1. Who May Use the Services?
You must be at least 16 years old, to use the Services. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the words “you” and “your” as used in these Terms shall refer to such entity.
2. Content on the Services
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
We reserve the right to remove Content that violates the User Agreement, including for example, copyright or trademark violations or other intellectual property misappropriation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment.

3. Your Commitments
– You can’t impersonate others or provide inaccurate information.
You don’t have to disclose your identity on Instagram, but you must provide us with accurate and up to date information (including registration information). Also, you may not impersonate someone you aren’t, and you can’t create an account for someone else unless you have their express permission.
– You can’t attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways. This includes creating accounts or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.
– You can’t attempt to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your account (including your username) or solicit, collect, or use login credentials or badges of other users.
– You can’t post private or confidential information or do anything that violates someone else’s rights, including intellectual property.
4. Connecting you with brands, products, and services in ways you care about.
We use data from dream@, as well as from third-party partners, to show you ads, offers, and other sponsored content that we believe will be meaningful to you. And we try to make that content as relevant as all your other experiences on Dream@.
5. Research and innovation.
We use the information we have to study our Service and collaborate with others on research to make our Service better and contribute to the well-being of our community.
6. Your Account
you may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
You can control most communications from the Services. We may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your account, and you may not be able to opt-out from receiving them. If you added your phone number to your account and you later change or deactivate that phone number, you must update your account information to help prevent us from communicating with anyone who acquires your old number.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Services are Available “AS-IS” , Your access to and use of the Services or any Content are at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Services are provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Dream@ make no warranty or representation and disclaim all responsibility and liability for:
(1) the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Services or any Content.
(2) Any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services or any Content.
(3) The deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any Content and other communications maintained by the Services.
(4) Whether the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
)5) We aren’t responsible for services and features offered by other people or companies, even if you access them through our Service.
8. Who Is Responsible if Something Happens?
We can’t guarantee our service will be safe and secure or will work perfectly all the time. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ALSO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Our responsibility for anything that happens on the Service (also called “liability”) is limited as much as the law will allow. If there is an issue with our Service, we can’t know what all the possible impacts might be. This includes when we delete your content, information, or account.
9. Ending These Terms
You may end your legal agreement with Dream@ at any time by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your account or cease providing you with all or part of the Services at any time for any or no reason, including, but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (1) you have violated these Terms or the Twitter Rules and Policies or Periscope Community Guidelines.
(2) You create risk or possible legal exposure for us.
(3) Your account should be removed due to prolonged inactivity.
(4) Our provision of the Services to you is no longer commercially viable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your account.
10. Updating These Terms
We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your account.
